This academy was established by CrossWire Server and is run by their employees. Here they have established classes, or rather training classes for the beta testers. It's like a walk through for the Digital World and it also offers competition between the two teams and also helps Tamers train. The Academy is actually connected to the Coliseum since it often uses it training and sparring purposes whenever they are not hosting a tournament.

Entering the large floating city are Locomon tracks that bring Infinity Tamers to and from their server home on a timely bases. Compacted closely together are multiple small buildings and shops that cascade above the main platform before stopping hundreds of stories up. Circling around the buildings are Locomon's tracks in which the train Digimon runs until hitting the end. Two of Locomon's tracks can be found at the bottom and upper levels of the city. The upper tracks lead Tamers to the Colosseum while the lower escorts them to Kurai City.

Gaining access to the city follows the same guidelines as its sister city; Locomon's tracks run to and from the city. The tracks on the upper level bring Tamers to and from the Colosseum while while those on the lower level take them to Kurai City’s sister city, Hikari. Consisting of fewer, larger buildings with different rooms inside them the cities attractions can be found both atop the main platform as well as below it.
