HISTORY OF YANMEI LIN
Yanmei has had a life where she could have everything she wanted handed to her on a silver platter; in a word, she could perhaps even be described as "spoiled rotten," because she is a part of a family blessed with wealth. Personally, she wouldn't quite describe it as being a child ruined by money as much as she would say that she has been given more opportunity than most. That is not to say that she isn't used to certain luxuries; not to say that she knows anything about what it's like to struggle to make ends meet. But, well, she has read about it! In depth, even, as her father keeps a very extensive library and she takes ample advantage of whatever chances she can get at stealing a book whenever her brother isn't around to get at them first.
Speaking of her brother; the fact of the matter is that Yanmei would have been born an only child if it weren't for the cells splitting apart a certain way, when she was still in her mother's womb. Or something like that -- truth be told, her male counterpart would have been able to explain such a thing much better than she'd be able to. She has been with Junjie for most of her life, and she is pretty sure that she is the oldest by two minutes and she doesn't care what he has to say about that. But it's not all about sibling rivalry between them, instead being a balance between adoration and animosity. Often times both aspects of their friendship will manifest in aggressive, confrontational ways, however...
And lately, they have found a new medium with which to direct all emotions related to those aforementioned. Their father has been assisting with a new side project, lately, and it has now begun beta testing; naturally, the twins were able to talk their way into CrossWire, once they found out that it was (according to their father's words) going to be the next big thing in online gaming.

« 0028 » Yanmei is the textbook definition of a prissy, girly girl and her room entirely reflects that. With lavender walls, patterned furniture, plush toys and a colorful throw rug in the center of the floor, the blonde has clearly taken advantage of the Home Server's available amount of customization. However, don't mistake the description of this style as something untrue to her roots; the decor is still very oriental in appearance. She has taken to including sliding doors and a number of plants, and an outdoor area where she can see the sun and interact with fish in the pond.
