Running Out of Light. Xia Xia watched the two digimon in front of her state their own resolves curiously slowly but surely creating her own resolve as well. The two digimon both Envy and Oswald although having different reasons to fight were both willing to put their lives on the line despite the danger. She halfway felt that the two didn't understand exactly what they were up against, however she did understand that they both had faith in their tamer's and other digimon partners and seemed to want to make them proud. She herself could relate to that in particular whether it was due to some kind of internal programming or just her like for her tamer and friends she didn't know, but she would do everything in her power to protect and fight alongside them. She calmed herself and began to watch carefully. Analyzing the horned ogre digimon while the others attacked and pretty viciously at that. She focused on the attacks of two in particular those two being her new friends of course. She was preparing her own strike which took a bit of time to prepare thankfully the oni was pretty distracted giving her more than enough time to find what she wanted. In particular she was searching out any and all of the ogre digimon's weakest points. It was only when the tomahawk slammed into the green digimon's chest that she new where she'd be aiming her strike. It may not have been an original or natural weakness, but it was there and at this point was the easiest to get to strike. she crouched low preparing to pounce on he gigantic pray like any normal lioness would, her goal was to show everyone that she could fight too. With that in mine she pounced leaping into the air pointed directly at the staggered opponent, She originally planned to attack with her critical bite, but it'd be a bit difficult biting that particular position without her hurting herself in the process and so she'd attack with her default attack. Her claws grew by about 5 inches and began to glow. It was her 'Leo Claw'. The claws tore through the digimon's already wounded flesh making a disgusting almost searing sound quickly followed by a scream of pain. After landing her attack she jumped back eyeing her tamer... Kei It was time to finish this Xia attacked on her own accord, he'd have been annoyed if it wasn't such a great opportunity to attack and even better opportunity to finish this entire battle off it was funny how this time around she was giving him the proverbial 'go'. He'd been given the okay by both Zero and Nameless as well, all the channels had been cleared and everyone had done their part all he had to do was really wrap it up. "We're on cleanup duty, you both know what that means. It's staggered and weak on its feet finish it." The two digimon nodded before dashing. Ven dashing straight toward the opponent digimon while Aeon dashed towards a tree, he needed to catapult himself off of something. Ven This was a good opportunity to see if the two could truly work together to finish off the opponent. Ven obviously was the first to make it into striking range, Although heavily winded and without his club the Ogre digimon was able to see blue dragon digimon rush in, and threw a punch at the dtagon in place of the club that it was currently lacking. Sadly seeing him and swinging simply wasn't enough at this point the digimon was too uncoordinated to even dream about hitting Ven, and so after easily hopping over his telegraphed attack Ven planted himself firmly on the ground crouching as he landed before mustering all the force he could in his legs sprung up and unleashed a devastating uppercut to the Oni Digimon's jaw, so hard in fact that it actually knocked the digimon straight up and onto its back. If one was listening hard enough they might have been able to hear a bone in the opposing digimon's face crack a bit. Ven landed on his feet shaking out his fist. He'd hit the digimon so hard he ended up hurting himself. All that was left was to deliver the finishing blow. Ven began making his way back to his tamer the digimon was pretty satisfied with what he'd done, and Aeon he knew already planned to finish the job. Aeon He wouldn't get shown up by that Agumon, Ven, or anybody else in the area. As he catapulted off a tree he was determined to make this hit the strongest one of the entire conflict. His left claw began to heat up flames surrounding it, the claw was harder than stone, without a doubt this would be the finisher, but would it be enough to show everyone that he was the bona fide strongest here. To Aeon winning simply wasn't enough he had to be the best, or at the very least better than the Agumon who seemed to be decent at taking hits and that alone. With his burning claw ready he looked down at his opponent, it seemed the blue one had actually gotten his job done for once. This was the final point of the battle. One shot to truly put everything he had on the line and take home a bit of glory. With his claw aimed directly over the soon to be deceased ogre's chest cavity and gravity pushing him down finally he struck. The first thing heard was one final blood curling scream as the burning claw literally devoured the insides of the virus digimon the claws had plunged straight through the already concave chest of the Ogremon so deep in fact Aeon's claws had become stuck in the ground beneath the digimon Soon the trailing flames consumed the rest of the ogre until it seemed to melt away into pure data. Battle End After a moment Aeon was finally able to remove his hand from the ground and from there returned to his tamer's side. Kei looked like he'd had more than enough encounters and adventures for one day, and so he glanced at the other two tamers and their respective digimon before deciding it was time to head out. "Xia we're leaving if you want to say good bye now's the time." Kei was weary and honestly didn't have the energy to really celebrate their victory with those he fought alongside. He would say they had a little fight to them that much was certain, but he wasn't attempting to pursue any kind of relationship with either of the two tamers at this point. Chances were they'd most likely run into each other again sooner or later anyways. Xia looked at her tamer sadly obviously wanting to stay but one glance said Kei wasn't in the mood to compromise with her right now, and so she simply called out to the other two with a wish that they meet again one day preferably under more lax circumstances before turning to her tamer ready to depart. Aeon glanced at the Black Agumon once smirking before turning away ready to depart with his tamer while Ven having no real attachment to anyone here currently simply stood waiting for everyone to say their farewells. As the three digimon gave their parting words Kei would eye the other two tamers and do the same. "I'm out, it was definitely interesting meeting you two maybe we'll meet again sometime." The goodbye definitely wasn't tearful and no love was left for them. Not to say he disliked the two he just didn't have an attachment to them. They were both relatively strong from what he saw, and so he'd keep an eye out for their names as he continued traveling and training. They were potential enemies, and Kei would be damned if he allowed anyone to catch him off guard event though that's how the entire scenario began. After the parting he gave all in the clearing a curt nod, before he himself turned back to the entrance they came through. He didn't know much, about digimon, other competitors, or anything of the sort, but he'd learned one thing from this whole encounter. When he arrived at a crossroad he'd definitely make a right as opposed to a left next time around.
