| Darling, I want to destroy you. | Sylver sat, or rather, half-sat, and half laid at the entrance to Limit Valley, leaning against a large boulder, feeling rather sticky and sleepy in the heat of the valley bottom. His digimon, however, didn't seem to be noticing, or, if they did, they didn't notice - They were too entranced watching Sven doing something stupid with the cliff-face. Sylver didn't really know what he was doing, and quite frankly, he didn't really care: He had concerns of his own.
He took a last look at Sven, and his other two monster companions - The Hawkmon was, at that moment, spread-eagled halfway up the side of the cliff. Climbing, apparently, which was nonsensical, in their tamer's eyes, at least - They were all birds, so why didn't they just fly up? Surely that'd be much less effort? At least, Sylver assumed they could all fly - He'd certainly observed Hel, his Biyomon doing it, but the other two...? Well, he certainly couldn't remember an event where they had. Perhaps they couldn't? Well, Sylver resolved, a swift kick off one of these cliffs would soon sort that out. Well, that, or falling, as Sven was bound to do sooner or later...
No longer particularly interested in the exploits of his digimon, Sylver closed his eyes, and turned his thoughts to the reason for being in this oppressively warm environment - He'd arranged to meet a girl apparently named 'Koko' on the BBS, as he'd wanted to come to the valley, but he wasn't exactly certain of his digimon's abilities: He'd only just got into the game recently, and he didn't particularly want to get into danger on his first go. This 'Koko' girl, if that was even her real name, was supposed to be a tamer of Team Infinity. Judging by the names of the teams, Infinity and Oblivion, he guessed 'Koko' was supposed to be one of the 'good guys', and himself, a 'bad guy'. Either that, or this was simply a 'red vs blue' situation, in which case, the names were just decorative. In any case, Sylver rather enjoyed the thought of his first idea. Perhaps, if she was supposed to be opposing him, he should do something like shove her off a cliff... Well, perhaps not. Her digimon would probably have him follow, and he wasn't exactly keen to go plummeting to his (temporary) death.
He supposed it hardly mattered, though - All that really mattered was what this girl was like, and if he made a good first impression. Sylver wasn't the most... Ordinary looking of all the people in the digital world, and, if he was honest with himself, he probably looked just a little bit scary, with his scarf-like apparel around his shoulders, and gloves that appeared to end in claws, as well as his odd eye colour, and his dark red hair. This, when it was combined with being over six foot in height made him cut quite the intimidating figure (or at least, quite the strange figure)...If he was really unlucky, which he guessed he probably would be, knowing how his life usually panned out, she'd be one of those tiny, shy, frail girls who whimpered at every slight sound. Still, if she was, at least he could amuse himself for a while,

EVEN SHOULD THE WORLD CRASH I'LL ALWAYS BE KEEPING THE PROMISE WE MADE The girl had a meeting! She let out a smile, even as her digimon looked worried at her; there was something off and each of them knew it. The tamer slowly got her clothes together; a skirt with thigh highs, and cute shoes made for walking; a blouse and then her faithful cat eared hoodie. She also had a bag, and her fingers tapped on the side of her leg to the rythmn coming out of her headphones. She had gotten these for herself with her home server, as she let out a soft giggle, letting her body drift in the area. She had this sort of.. gentle tranquility to her, as she tilted her head side to side. In fact, she enjoyed this more so then anyone else; she liked how this world was made! She hadn't met anyone yet, as she looked at her beloved digimon. ''Ne, I can't wait to meet our first person!'' she let out with a happy clap. However, she missed the look her digimon were giving; no in fact, she didn't want to see it. It was something too much for her, as she felt her fingers play with her skirt, until she was finally outside! In the sweltering heat, bringing itself down on the girl with immense strength, she let out a giggle; and then flipped her hood up, letting the cat ears swaying gently with her walking movements. She was supposed to meet this guy; err what was his username again? Black cat right? Koko let out a soft giggle at that thought. She was happy that she got to meet someone to be fairly honest! She had been feeling really lonely, and a bit weird too; there was a few posts of her account with someone else, but.. she doesn't remember that person. It was starting to make her feel down; why couldn't she remember? But she cheered up. She had to meet someone new, right? After all, if she doesn't remember a meeting.. she never met with them or they cancelled, or they never showed. That was also something sad. Ichi looked over worriedly at her tamer; the fact that Koko had even forgotten the meeting with Aya was something to worry about. Ichi was a worry-wart by nature, she knew that; and knowing that Koko willingly forgot meeting her first person ever was worrying. In fact, she wondered if this was a good, or a bad thing; on the one hand, she didn't remember how that tamer had let her digimon assume things and attack without telling them it wasn't right. Though Ichi suspected that the trainer had no depth of personality; she was just a hollow being that pumped out a lot of logic, but held no actual emotions or understanding. That would easily tie in with her digimon being just as hollow. Really, pride? That Salamon had no idea what the hell she was on about. Ichi was irritated at that tamer, and hoped that they never saw each other again; that Salamon was a disgrace to their kind. Being so huffy as to think of only herself, not realizing that tamers were trying to be friends regardless of her giant ego being unable to accept an apology other then bowing down and grovelling on the ground. The nerve! Ichi's irritation showed clearly to San, whom felt a bit let down as well. Obviously, the digimon were itching towards a fight; and the tamer was either too stupid, or too fake to even try to truly stop something like that. He was also disapointed in their first meeting. But he knew he had to stay cheerful; a single look to the side told him why he should be like so. Ni's wrath was like a poisonned vat; it was leaking to the point of being a death aura. His anger was deep seated; he wanted to rip that woman limb from limb. But feasibly, he understood that it wouldn't happen now; she had plenty of experience. Though.. that didn't stop his anger. He wanted to tear that Tamer until she screamed for mercy; San would be able to keep the three others at bay if needed. But still... there was a gap right now. And he understood that; he would not push Koko to fight, but he knew she needed it. Eventually, Koko would find herself facing her humanity; he knew that and knew that it might effect her in more ways then one. That severity.. he knew that bitch had done something irreparable to Koko. And he couldn't forgive that Digimon for it; and wanted to reproduce the same effect if possible. But his attention fell back on Koko, whom was humming in the sun; if anything, he would prevent another such situation from happening. He had to; that was the purpose he sought, that he needed to handle with. Ni's aura was a forced calm now, as he did not want to antagonize any more digimons. However.. he saw Ichi and San's worried looks. He gave them a grimace, and then his typical glare, causing them both to giggle at him. The digimons were close friends, and wanted to protect their owner; but also respected her wishes and ideals. And such things like the event that happened.. that.. he would never mention again. He had seen Koko's eyes; and understood more so then anyone the hate that had coursed through her veins just then. The girl had been overwhelmed with a strange emotion, and also had felt something akin to a mental destruction; his gaze fell upon a tamer in the distance. There he was.. and now it was the next step. Koko's eyes lit up when she saw the male, running towards him eagerly. ''Hey, hey! You're Black cat right?'' she said, waving at him. She was a bit timid, but there was a big smile on her face; she felt utterly happy seeing him. Even though.. he towered over her. ''Uwaaa! You're so tall!'' she exclaimed, clapping her hands together excitedly. Yes.. he was really, really tall; and had red-ish hair.. and a scarf. ''And cat claws! Oh soooo cute! I'm Koko!'' she said cheerfully, giving him a giant smile. After all.. this was her first meeting! Even if he was on a so-called enemy team.. they could be friends right? tags: #infinity #oblivion #casual #black_cat #koko #cliff music: Box 15 ∞ Masafumi Takada words: 1060 notes: Sorry for the wait! | Darling, I want to destroy you. | "So, you're Koko, I presume?" Sylver replied politely, getting to his feet, whilst dusting himself off, "Feel free to call me Sylver, if you like." So, this was Koko. Huh. She was certainly... Excitable. Indeed, she rather reminded Sylver of some sort of hyperactive puppy. Something that was sure to start grating on his nerves eventually, he was sure... Still, it was not irritating at that point in time, so the Oblivion tamer supposed that he should make a bit of an effort to be friendly. Besides, it would hardly do to have her running off on him or something. He drew breath to speak, before he remembered something rather important: His digimon. So, instead of addressing Koko, he spoke, or rather he yelled, to them: "Hel! Slade! Sven! Get over here! We've got company!"
The yell was rather polite, which did surprise the little avian digimon - Where were the usual insults and snide remarks? Their tamer didn't even appear to be sneering at them! There was a pause, in which they exchanged suspicious glances, before they got on with hurrying back - In this respect, Hel and Slade were perfectly able to run, however, Sven, who was clinging to the cliff, had rather a difficult time extracting his wings from it long enough to fly - The thing was, if he let go of the stone too quickly, he was merely going to fall, and most likely hurt himself... When he did eventually alight next to his comrades, from what he considered a Herculean effort, Sylver's previously friendly attitude had evaporated, and his usual sneer had returned. "Right then, now Sven has decided to grace us with his presence, you lot can introduce yourselves, or whatever."
Slade was first to speak, being the confident, not-embarrassed one. "I am Slade. I hope that we can support each other well." The Hyokomon gave a small nod at this, and looked to the Biyomon next to him, indicating that she should speak, however, before even a whisper could issue from her beak, Sven had butted in: "I'm Sven! I hope that you can all appreciate how great I am!" This remark, unsurprisingly, got him a swift kick from Sylver, who, thoroughly irritated with his digimon, had forgotten his decorum. How arrogant could one digimon be? Self-Confidence was one thing, but that... That was quite another! His anger was short lived, thankfully for the little hawk, who lay, looking rather dazed, on his side in the dust. In the thrill of meeting new people and digimon, Sven had rather forgotten about his tamer's decidedly vicious temper. "Oh dear... I do wish he'd stop doing that..." Hel, concerned, as always, hurried over to Sven, who had managed to sit up, although he was muttering under his breath, and staring with narrowed eyes at Sylver. "You can call me Hel, by the way." She looked up a this, as she jammed her wings under the Hawkmon's, and hauled him up, "Try not to antagonise him any more, Sven. You know what he gets like."
Ignoring all of this, Sylver had reverted somewhat to being a 'nice' person. Indeed, he was smiling in a way that could almost be considered pleasant, "I'm sorry about all of that... They do get rather hyped up sometimes." At this, the Oblivion player gave a good-natured chuckle, and took a playful swipe at one of Koko's cat ears, "Nice hoodie, by the way."
